Which cartridge configurations are available?

Our core range includes Round Liner (RL), Round Shader (RS), Round Magnum (RM) and Magnum M1 cartridges. Check each product page for available gauges and groupings.

Can I mix different configurations in my order?

Yes. You can mix RL, RS, RM and M1 boxes to suit your setup. There’s no minimum number of boxes required to order.

Do you offer discounts when buying multiple boxes?

Our volume discount tiers are:

3–4 eligible boxes: 5% off.
5–9 eligible boxes: 10% off.
10 or more eligible boxes: 15% off.

You can mix eligible RL, RS, RM and M1 boxes. Sample boxes do not count towards these discounts. Check your order summary at checkout for the discount applied.

Can I try APEX before ordering a full box?

Yes. Our sample box lets you try a selection of configurations before choosing full boxes for your setup. Check the sample product page for its contents, price and availability.

Are APEX cartridges sterilised?

APEX cartridges are EO sterilised and individually packaged. They are intended for single use by professional tattoo artists. Check the packaging and expiry date before use, and do not use a cartridge if its sterile packaging is damaged or open.

Do the cartridges have a safety membrane?

Yes. APEX cartridges include a safety membrane designed to help prevent ink and fluid from travelling back towards the grip or machine.

Will APEX cartridges fit my machine?

APEX cartridges use a Cheyenne-style cartridge fitting. Check your machine or grip manufacturer’s compatibility guidance before ordering. If you’re unsure, email us with your machine model.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link. If you need help, contact us with your order number.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We’ll check the order’s status and let you know what’s possible.

How do I enquire about wholesale or distribution?
