Shipping & delivery

We deliver across the UK and internationally using Royal Mail. Available delivery services and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

Dispatch times

We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before:

Monday to Friday: 4pm.
Saturday: 10am.

All cut-off times are UK local time. Orders placed after these times are scheduled for our next dispatch day.

Dispatch is when we hand your parcel to the delivery service. Same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery.

Free UK delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders of £70 or more. Select the free delivery option at checkout when your order qualifies.

Free delivery does not apply to international orders. International shipping charges are shown at checkout.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail. Select your preferred delivery option at checkout, where the available services and prices will be displayed.

International delivery

We also ship internationally with Royal Mail. Available delivery options and charges depend on your destination and are shown at checkout.

International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing and local delivery arrangements.

Order tracking

We’ll send a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If your selected service includes tracking, the email will contain your tracking details.

Collection in Bedford

Collection is available in Bedford by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the collection arrangements.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address once your order has been dispatched.
